We understand that this may be a tough time for you and your loved ones. We are discreet and compassionate when it comes to working with your belongings. Family members do not have to be present during this process. We have been through this in our own lives and understand how emotional it can be.
My team and I have many years experience and will not just rush through and price items. We do research and price items accordingly.
All services include: Advertising - Arrangement and Merchandising of Items - Tables and Display Cases - Credit Card Payments - Pricing of All Items - Knowledgeable and Courteous Professionals - Light Cleaning to Move-In Ready
The property is always left "broom clean," free of personal property and debris.
Checks are issued within 5 days of the end of sale.

Our fees will be clearly stated in the contract. We have no hidden or surprise fees.

We will be happy to provide references upon request.

Make sure family has removed all items they would like to keep from the estate before you sign any contracts. When setting up the sale we almost always come across personal items such as old paperwork, personal photos, bank statements, etc. Those items will be placed in safekeeping and will be given to the family.

Keep your expectations neutral in regards to what items will actually sell for. We can’t be experts on every single item, but a professional estate liquidator will know how to properly sell items at a fair market value. We know what items are currently selling for and the difference between retail, resale, and liquidation selling formats. What items are selling for and asking prices are two different things.
We only have a couple of sale days to liquidate your items so we will do everything we can to sell as much as possible during those days. Remember, we don't get paid unless your items sell.
